I am trying to find the route from Cle Elum to Whistlin’ Jacks on White Pass via forest service roads.  Any knowledge here?   I have a 1996 Suzuki DR 350 SE that is made for this kind of ride.  But….I need to know the route and mileage before I go off on a trek like that…..Thanks and best.  Great web site.

Take a look at the Bridge creek road thru the reserve west of Inchelium, some rough spots but looks like they were planning to repave a section on the west downhill side. Very twisty back road with very little traffic everytime I’ve done it. Hit another backroad south of Colville that morning that goes from Hunter to Springdale, another great Washington road!!

Thanks for all the info on your site, was very useful on my trip to Seattle earlier this month. Did a day trip to Rainier and tried Sunrise and Paradise roads but both closed due to washout/avalanche damage. Also tried FS25 but it was also closed due to damage at about the 10 mile mark, so took off on FS23 which was great until the Y where it narrows then it was a little too rough for my 109R so turned around.

Sure hope you folks appreciate the fantastic road system you have down there.

    Safe riding!

4 days obviously wasn’t enough to do this area justice. Going to have to schedule a whole week next year.
