		<description>So there&#039;s no confusion, Rock Island Road is the old highway between East Wenatchee and Rock Island.  Rock Island Grade goes from Rock Island Dam (which you CAN&#039;T cross) 4 miles south of Rock Island on SR 28 to US 2 via Alstown.  Another interesting run between SR 28 and US 2 is the Pallisades Road which runs through the Moses Coulee, the canyon just south of RI Grade on the map.  When you get to Sagebrush Flats road (which see), you can either go north to US 2, or south to Ephrata.  Both are interesting rides......</description>
