		<description>this is the route taken by the millions of collage students going to and from Western Washington to Pullman,WA and Moscow,ID. watch out for drunks and the cops always hang out just east of the Vantage bridge near the top of the grade getting people going both directions, you can pretty much count on them being there.</description>
