		<description>I spent the first 20-some years of my life living just a couple hours away from Crater Lake, but never went to see it. I&#039;d seen lots of pictures of it and just didn&#039;t see what the big deal was. But when I finally did go see it, I was amazed. Pictures do not do it justice. You absolutely have to see it in person to appreciate the beauty of the area, and when you do, you&#039;ll wonder what took you so long to get there.</description>
